An interesting 19th century advertising sign in sheet iron with original paint finish. Cooper’s Dipping Powder. In 1849, William Cooper became one of the first veterinary surgeons to qualify from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. In 1852, Cooper’s Dip was invented and became the first chemical treatment for afflicted sheep. England. C.1860
