Charles Levy, (1820-1899). French sculptor born in Paris, Levy is trained under Armand Toussaint. Levy exhibited works at the Salon français from 1873 to 1898. He received a third class prize in 1889. Levy’s works are figurative sculptures in finely drawn bronze with a fine patina coloring.
