(The term “Sutherland Table” is believed to originate from the first full
size, non “baby” variants of these tables being named after The
Duchess Of Sutherland, Mistress Of The Robes To Queen Victoria.
It is now more common to find the smaller, baby variants on sale, but
these full size, original full proportioned sutherland tables are also
incredibly well desired for both their functionality and beauty.
Constructed from superbly figured walnut this is an exceptionally
nice example of its type and exudes elegance)
