Object Description
Circa 1920s, 3 door flame mahogany wardrobe by Whytock and Reid of Edinburgh. With moulded cornice with a concave, flame mahogany section and beneath are 3 full length doors in quarter veneered flame mahogany and cross banding. They open to reveal a section of drawers and pull out slides, and uninterrupted hanging space, with a full length drawer to the base. Underneath is a classic Whytock and Reid base with shaped apron and carved Sir Robert Lorimer influenced bracket feet.
