Object Description
A glamorous example of 1950s haute joaillerie, this French convertible pendant brooch is crafted in 18ct white gold and styled as an asymmetric knot tied into a tassel, set with 148 diamonds in a cool, dazzling mix of cuts: round brilliant, single, baguette, carré, and rose.
Together, the diamonds total approximately 6.95 carats, with an assessed clarity of VS2-SI1 and colour in the G-H range.
The tassels are lined with baguette cuts and finished with carré diamonds beneath, while the volute scroll is edged with brilliant cuts and accented with elegant rose cut stones.
Striking worn as either a pendant or brooch.
