An exceptional, fine and impressive antique 9 carat yellow gold double Albert watch chain; part of our antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections.

This fine and impressive double Albert watch chain has been crafted in 9 ct yellow gold.

The Albert chain is composed of rounded curb links, each individually struck with the 9 ct gold fineness hallmarks ‘9’ and ‘375’.

The chain is fitted at either end with the original hallmarked swivel links clasps and a spring-loaded bolt ring clasp to the centre.

The swivel clasps are each hallmarked with the maker’s mark ‘JG&S’.

This versatile pocket watch chain can be worn as a necklace, alternatively the chain may be wrapped twice around the wrist in the style of a bracelet.
