A delightful pair of Japanese Cloisonne vases by the Hayashi workshop

Object Description

These slender vases are decorated with stylised cherry blossom on a rich, dark green ground. The Kodenji mark is displayed on both vases and one also has the original sticker. These vases are in excellent condition and are highly collectable.

Hayashi Kodenji

Hayashi Kodenji was a celebrated Cloisonne artist based in Nagoya, he is known for his dark blue grounds and motifs of birds and delicate flowering shrubs.
