Object Description
From our collection of antique Japanese ceramics, this fine and beautifully painted small vase (15cm in height) with a continuous scene and depicting a pair of Deer grazing at the edge of a stream.
The neck of the vase with a Gold belt depicting Chrysanthemum and the foot with repeated geometric border.
Signed Shisui to the body of the vase in a red cartouche and with the painted and impressed marks of the Kinkozan Company to the underside.
