Object Description
A very fine Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring set in 18ct Gold & Platinum (stamped), Centrally “Rub-over” set with a ‘Round’ Sapphire assessed as being of 0.68 Carats, Dark Blue with Indication of Thermal Enhancement. The Diamonds surrounding the central Sapphire are Round ‘Old Cut’ and total 0.46 Carats and have been assessed as F – G Colour & SI1 Clarity.
Accompanied by an Independent Gemmological Report confirming the above assessment.
It should be noted that slightly treated or moderately treated Sapphires are often commensurate with Gems produced in Jewellery manufactured post 1915.
