A Large Pair of Paris Porcelain Apothecary Jars
The glazed and fired porcelain lidded jars with vibrant colours; the contents described as ‘Ung’ for unguentum (meaning ointment in Latin), and ‘Hydrar’ for hydrargyrum (meaning mercury in Latin).
