Object Description
An extremely rare 17th-century early Charles II carved oak child’s coffer of diminutive proportions.
The lift-up lid opens on the originbal hinges. The frieze is crisply carved with lunar and geometric joining roundels.. Raised on the original shaped styles.
The coffer is of unusually small proportions and was possibly commissioned for a child.
