A Spanish Colonial silver mounted mother of pearl priming flask, in the shape of a shell; pineapple shaped stopper; Peru, late 17th century; such objects often became Kunstkammer objects in Europe rather than being used. The piece is 9 cms high, 7 cms wide and weighs 2.25 ozs approx.
