Object Description

A pair of early 19th century (Circa 1800) Chinese powder blue tea jars with wood covers. The worn gold decoration depicts structures at the base of a rock formation likely to be the ‘Three Sisters’ found in Huan Province in China. The “Three Sisters” is an area famed for it’s production of green tea.
