A very fine 15 carat (tested) Yellow Gold Turquoise and Pearl Ring.
A central cluster of seven split Natural Pearls, flanked on either side by two Heart Shaped shoulders each set with three Cabochon Turquoise (probably Persian Turquoise), space for a memorial reticule under the Pearl section.\, currently sized to N & 1/4.
