Object Description
This excellent example of a “Retro” 18 Carat Yellow Gold “Buckle Style” cuff (bracelet) is presented in an interlocking honeycomb and tassel design with Diamond highlights.
This beautifully crafted piece fastens with a cord design hinged closure (with two integral safety catches), securing a Diamond set
stylised Gold Tassel. The Tassel and Buckle fastener are set with a total of 24 Round Brilliant Cut and Single Cut Natural Diamonds, which have been independently assessed (in their mounts,) as weighing approximately 0.80 Carats, of G – H Colour and VS1 – VS2 Clarity.
A French 18ct. Gold Mark and a makers mark referencing “E T” to the closure with further French Gold marks to the reverse of the tassel, including an Alsace Platinum mark, presumably applicable to the claw settings.
The approximate dimensions quoted are at the widest (3.2 cm), and longest points (23 cm) and the Buckle is adjustable to fit a maximum wrist measurement of 20 cm.
