Object Description
An extremely fine 18 Carat White Gold (Tested) Jadeite, Hessonite Garnet and Black Onyx “Art Deco” Brooch with two lovely finely carved “Fu” Dogs natural Jadeite panels (Fu dogs bringing Blessings and Prosperity), facing each other. The rectangular cut Hessonite Garnet (a stone considered to be a guardian of well-being) is rub over set and the claw set Fu Dog panels are positioned to either side (as if guarding the entrance to a temple). The four Black Onyx panels are cut in a a tubular fashion and set above and below the dogs. The pin fastener to the back of the brooch has a safely catch.
