Stamped with makers mark with date 1760.
On the top of the lid mounted with brass cupid holding bird.
In very good original used condition, with beautiful original patination.
It is very rare to find this kind of birthing bowls in Pewter.
Decorated with wriggle-work decoration of flowers.
Switzerland/Germany 18th Century.
