A Victorian Painted Pine Rectangular Coffee Table c.1880

Object Description

The rectangular black painted pine provincial dairy or kitchen table of generous size, now cut down to coffee table height, the seven plank rustic top over a carcass showing the original dark stained finish now distressed commensurate with age, standing on baluster turned circular legs and surviving from the zeniths of Victorian England.

Object Condition

The table is in sturdy order with only some slight movement to the planks to the top. She is ready to go. There are paint splatters and marks to the characterful top as photographed.
