Object Description
Circa 1970s. A large oak table by Yorkshire Critter, ‘Squirrelman’. The solid adzed top with wonderful ripples, the table rests on a pair of shaped trestle ends, braced by a substantial stretcher, secured by wedges on each end. On the base of one of the trestles is a carved Squirrel, all resting on a pair of solid bases with concave facings. All surfaces of the table are adzed, with great colour and patination.
