Object Description
A fine Amlash spouted vessel, modelled in terracotta and featuring a well-shaped ovoid body. The large body rests on a flat base, with two small triangular feet in front, reminiscent of a standing bird. A single applied handle, with a square exterior silhouette and a circular interior, extends from the rim to the vessel’s shoulder. A small granule decorates the exterior of the vessel near the rim on either side of the handle. A prominent, double-beaked spout rises below the rim and stylistically echoes the applied handle.
