Presented in their original wooden stands, this attractive pair of conical-form earthenware pottery vases bear the mark of Ryozan, head arist at the celebrated Yasuda Company.
The main body of the vases depicting an idyllic and continuous scene with noble ladies in resplendent Kimono admiring their children under the boughs of Pine Trees and Acers.
At the top of each vase, three bands of geometric and mille-fleur decoration.
Offered in excellent condition as shown in the photographs and signed to the underside of each vase.
