Object Description
An exceptional panel of fine English Silk & Wool Gros Point and Petit Point Needlework Embroidery Circa 1740, edged in Henry Newbury gilt braid, later tassel fringe and ribbed backing fabric. Presented as a cushion.
Condition is excellent for the age, some minor earlier repairs whish are commensurate with age.
