Object Description
An important three piece clock set created by Raingo Frères, Paris. With two figures of bronze boys reclining on an intricate body with ormolu floral decorations. The candelabras are held by cherubs, one seated, one knelt, each with fourteen branches.
Striking every half hour and hour.
Both the clock body and the candelabras are gilt bronze ormolu and burnished to emphasise the elaborate displays.
The clock is 19 inches tall x 39 inches wide x 8 inches deep.
The clock is 48cm tall x 100cm wide x 20cm deep.
The candelabras are 19 inches tall x 12 inches wide x 8 inches deep.
The candelabras are 100cm tall x 30cm wide x 20cm deep.
