Object Description
An ancient Egyptian bowl carved from alabaster. The vessel is formed from deep flaring walls and sits on a small, flat circular base. There is a thin, in-turned rim. The vessel displays the translucency and shades of natural cream and brown, typical of ancient Egypt’s fine alabaster.
Date: Circa 3100 – 2600 BC
