Object Description
A beautiful ancient Egyptian restrung necklace consisting of faience beads in different shapes and colours. The centre of the necklace features a flattened spherical red bead, made from jasper. Flanking this central bead are two sections of double stranded necklace, consisting of ridged yellow faience beads alternating with a blue double-pierced faience bead. The top half of the necklace, near the clasp, consists of tubular faience beads alternating with spherical, ridged blue faience beads. The necklace is finished with a large figure of eight decorative 18k gold-plated clasp (please be aware that the clasp has not been professionally tied).
