Object Description
An exquisite Ancient Roman grape jar blown from yellow glass. The vessel features a long cylindrical neck with an out-splayed, folded and flattened rim and an ovoid body sat on a rounded flat base. The body is decorated with ten rows of small knobs resembling a bunch of stylised grapes with two leaf-shaped designs on either side. A vertical mould seam is visible along the body
