Object Description
A bold and striking gold and black jade bangle by Angela Cummings c.1980s, the bangle in 18ct yellow gold with rounded domed D-shape profile and curved undulating form, inlaid throughout with thirty oval carved and polished pieces of black jade, to a side hinged opening with concealed tongue and box clasp. This is a classic and instantly recognisable design from Cummings, her inlaid jewels, particularly those in black jade are highly collectible. The bangle has a lovely weight to it and is very comfortable to wear. A great statement piece that looks as good worn alone as it does with others.
