This wonderful clock set includes a mantel clock and two candelabra, all crafted from porcelain, cut glass, and gilt bronze. The clock is architecturally formed, with a cut glass base mounted with gilt bronze, raised on gilt bronze feet. The base supports four cut glass columns, which in turn support a cut glass entablature. Beneath the entablature is seated a porcelain cherub, crafted from beautiful turquoise porcelain. The entablature supports the clock drum, which is set amidst gilt bronze scrolls, and is surmounted by porcelain love birds. The candelabra are similarly formed, each with a cut glass and turquoise porcelain stem, which issues four lights: three gilt bronze branches and one central one rising from the stem. Each branch terminates in a porcelain candle holder, with the top one finished with a porcelain flame.
