Antique Early 19th Century Napoleonic P.O.W. Bone Pipe Tamper

Object Description

A Napoleonic P.O.W. bone pipe tamper also known as a necessaire, resembling a clasp knife with an open work cover, incised lines, containing three folding blades with arrow head ends, comprising of two prickers and an ear scoop for removing wax.
