Description:
This is a fine quality antique English Queen Anne style burr walnut nest of coffee tables, comprising three tables, with a serpentine design and inset glass tops, circa 1920, in excellent original condition. They are both practical and decorative coffee tables for any room in the house. The two smaller coffee tables are designed to be safely stored underneath the larger coffee tables, to reduced floor space when not in use. The tops are decorated with burr walnut mirror-matched timers on a solid frame, with the French polish finish protected by glass inset tops. The frame is decorated with a floral leaf carved moulding in a serpentine shape, with a shaped frieze below on all sides. The walnut nest of coffee tables is supported by cabriole legs, incorporating acanthus leaf carvings at the knee, terminating on pad feet.

The nest of tables has a fantastic colour and patination; having been cleaned and French polished by hand in our workshop to a professional standard.

These walnut nest of coffee tables would look superb in a variety of rooms, specifically the living room. They would certainly grace any home, as they are so practical but decorative; therefore, they a great investment.

This is a fine quality antique English Queen Anne style burr walnut nest of coffee tables, comprising three tables, with a serpentine design and inset glass tops, circa 1920, in excellent original condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading wooden edges and glass surfaces but nothing significant considering the age of the item. The walnut tables have been cleaned and French polished, by hand, to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the colour and patination is of an excellent standard. There are no stains or watermarks to the walnut tops. There are no missing timbers are carvings to the moulding. The legs are solid, with no breaks. This walnut nest of tables is solid in joint, does not wobble and is ready for use.

We offer free delivery to mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland (anywhere south of Stirling). *We do not offer free delivery to locations north of Stirling in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or any British Islands off the mainland; for example, the Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with lifting the item.

Free 14 Days UK Returns & Refunds:
A free 14-day “no quibble” returns policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. We will collect the item free of charge from you (we do not charge a return fee / collection fee). You will be given a full refund as long as the item is returned in the same condition. We will collect returns using our own specialist furniture delivery company. We will not accept returns via a courier service (due to experience of damaged items in transit). This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.
