This is a beautiful antique English Victorian gentleman’s sterling silver pommel walking stick bearing hallmarks for Birmingham, by John Grinsell & Sons and dated 1886.

The striking stick features an ornate silver pommel decorated with scrolls on a gentle tapering ebonized shaft has its original ferrule.

Provenance:
From the estate of the late Barry Lock (1934-2021)
