Object Description
A spectacular large antique English stained glass window depicting a grand masted sailing ship before a view of a city, likely London. Originating from the late 19th century, the stained glass details an 18th century nautical scene 100 – 150 years prior in vibrant shades of blue, green and gold, the ship detailed with flags of the St George’s Cross. A striking feature for properties both old and new, brought to life by natural light. The window is set within a square painted hardwood frame among four unglazed panels.
