Object Description
This is a superb and very decorative French Rococo revival brass and mesh fire-screen, circa 1880 in date.
The oval-shaped fireguard features a C scroll handle issuing cornucopia vases and flower garlands, the mesh screen centred by flowers, ribbons and swags, on scrolled out-swept feet.
Add some French glamour to your home with this lovely piece.
