Object Description
An antique George III sterling silver quart sized tankard which has a plain baluster shaped body with applied girdle, a domed shaped hinged lid with a “chair back” thumb piece, a scroll handle with a heart shape terminal and resting on a circular foot. This fine silver tankarrd has been well cared for over the years and remains in excellent condition. It would hold two pints of beer.
