Object Description
Circa 1890, exhibition quality gilded bronze standard lamp. The top with circular platform over a gilded bronze cup with anthemion and other Egyptian emblems. The elegant fluted column with foliate casting towards the base and a bulbous upright, above a triform base with hipped sabre legs and hairy paw feet, with pierced gilded anthemion to all sides. Finishing on a concave, green variegated marble base.
