Henry Matthews
a silversmith who was set up his business in Victoria Street in Birmingham. His registered his mark in November 1894. He speciliased in smaller silver pieces which sometimes required a great attention to detail. He made beautiful hair brushes, card cases, cigarette cases, frames, hat pins, buttons, etc.
