Object Description
A Georgian neoclassical regency pine fireplace dating from circa 1900. Made from pine and beech wood, this fire surround is decorated with stylish details of the 19th century, including egg and dart. With smooth jambs and frieze, and a detailed carved floral swag in the centre, this piece would look impressive in a period property. Further features are the carved laurel leaf around the opening, which looks much like a garland.
