This is a beautiful antique pair of patinated bronze classical cupid bookend sculptures, by Kronheim & Oldenbusch, circa 1900 in date.
These charming bronze figures feature two beautiful cherubs with lush sprays of trailing garlands.
These high-quality hot cast solid bronzes were produced by using the traditional “lost wax” process, otherwise known as the “cire perdue” method.
These incredible sculptural bookends are truly a must-have for any serious collector of classical bronzes and beautiful pieces.
