A decorative pair of carved and painted wall sconces in the neoclassical style
France, circa 1880-1900.

We like the lovely crisp detailing throughout, beautiful color, simulating verdigris patinated bronze picked out in gold.

Can be used with candles, LED-candles or converted to electricity.

restored split to one arm, minor rubbing and scuffs
