A fine Queen Anne style burr walnut lowboy, of elegant proportions and raised on cabriole legs with pad feet. The piece features a beautifully figured walnut top with crossbanded detail, above a shaped frieze fitted with three drawers and decorative brass drop handles.
The lowboy has a pleasing warm colour throughout, with attractive burr walnut figuring to the drawer fronts, sides and top. A versatile piece which would work well as a hall table, side table, writing table or decorative bedroom piece.
