A good quality Queen Anne style walnut writing table, of elegant small proportions and raised on cabriole legs with carved shell detail to the knees. The shaped top is fitted with a tooled leather writing surface, above a serpentine front with three drawers and decorative brass handles.
The table displays attractive walnut figuring to the drawer fronts, with a warm colour and pleasing overall proportions. A useful and decorative piece, ideal as a writing table, hall table, dressing table or small desk.
