Object Description

A very fine quality mid-18th century silver salver which is of a heavy gauge with shell and scroll borders and stands on three scroll feet.
A contemporary crest of a garb of barley or wheat is placed inside a rococo cartouche.
An excellent salver in superb condition.
Dimensions: diameter (across shells) 27.5 cm, diameter (across scroll) 25.75 cm; weight 25.5 troy oz.
