Object Description

A very fine and large Georgian sterling silver salver, which has shaped gadroon border and stands on four traditional ball and claw feet.
The salver is wonderfully engraved in the centre with a coat of arms and motto in an Adam style arrangement.
The salver is very large for the eighteenth century being 18 inches , 45.72 cm, and is in in superb condition throughout.
A lovely impressive piece by the famous silversmith Ebenezer Coker of London who was a specialist salver and candlestick maker.
