Object Description

A fine vase shape George III Silver coffee pot which stands on an oval foot with a reeded (or thread) border and has an elegant swan neck spout.

The lid is surmounted by an acorn shape finial.

The coffee pot bears the crest of Christopher Tower of Weald Hall Essex. He owned a 500 acre estate designed by Capability Brown and his dining room was designed by Robert Adam himself.

The coffee pot is in excellent condition and is of a large 1350 ml capacity (approximately 2.33 UK pints).
