Object Description

An Antique silver George III period provincial cream jug which is prettily hand engraved stands on four ball feet.

The jug still retains the original initial (H) to the side of one cartouche. On the other side of the jug cartouche is vacant .

It is made in c 1815 by John Robertson II and John Walton of Newcastle. Robertson and Walton were working together from 1811 to 1820

Dimensions , width from handle to lip 12.1 cm , height 11 cm.

Weight, 4 troy oz.
