A fine pair of Victorian silver three – light candelabra (silver candlesticks with matching plated branches) made in Sheffield in 1897 by Hawksworth Eyre and Company.
The candelabra are in a beautiful neo-classical style, in late eighteenth-century taste. The bases are oval with fine fluting and the branches can be detached to make a pair of candlesticks. There is a detachable central finial which can give a differing look by making them two light. All the nozzles are detachable to assist cleaning.
Dimensions, Height to central finial 40.5 cm, Height to side 44.5, height of candlesticks 28.5 cm
