Object Description

A fine large early Victorian silver Vinaigrette which is engraved to both sides with tartan decoration, probably made for the Scottish market.
In the cartouche the name Isabella is engraved.
The vinaigrette is a little larger than usual with a finely pierced gilt grille.
The box is in excellent crisp condition.
This delightful vinaigrette was crafted by the renowned silversmith Nathaniel Mills.
Dimensions, length 4.55 cm, width 2.8 cm.
Weight, 1 troy oz.
