Woven with a natural white main border, this allows the drawing of flowers and leaves and their colours to excel. The background colour is an unusual sandy to grey tone, which works very well again to allow the intricate floral design and quantity of dyes to work as a piece of art. With no central medallion this is a masterpiece of weaving to use on the floor in a variety of rooms and enjoy for another 100 years.
