Antique Treen 19th Century Decorated Scandinavian Pine Flour Bin

Object Description

An attractive late 19th century decorated two colour pine flour bin, having a swing overhead handle and a fitted lid. The whole is painted pale green with branches of red cherries and darker green overlapping bands securing the vertical sections. It is an unusual item of a most useful and pleasing design.
