Object Description
A well carved substantial Dutch ash double sided gingerbread mould, depicting a full length courtier and his dog on one side, while on the other side it depicts his wife in a court dress. On the side is carved in capital letters the baker’s name, ‘B. W. SIEMONS AMSTERDAM’. The whole has a medium colour and retains a patination.
